Complaint Review: laquinta inn and suites

well first off i caught that the preauthorization on my card was a charge and without my knowledge so i called the hotel.iam told the gm will be contacted so i go to the hotel and am told the gm saw the video tape recording where i handedmoney and a credit card and refunds my cash i ask about the girl who stole from my card and they deny everything and refuse to give her name after i threaten to call police,they also ditched the second video tape and i have on recording a staff member admitting to me that the lady got my money and charged my card any other consumers this has happend to please step forward so we can press charges and a lawsuit for negligence
