Complaint Review: Laquise Martin c/o Equifax Inc.

My journey with Equifax started July 01, 2017. I sent a letter to Equifax informing them of the countless misinformation on my credit report. I received two letters asking me to confirm my identity. They requested this despite the fact that I included a copy of my W2 as well as my driver's license to in fact verify my identity. Unsatisfied with their tactic, I took to the CFPB website to file a complaint and emailed every executive at Equifax. I received a response via the CFPB website from Equifax saying they needed MORE time to process my dispute. What the hell do they do at this organization besides rip people off? Experian and Transunion responded in under 14 days and provided the remedy I requested. After countless emails I emailed a well composed message to Ms. Martin informing her of the numberous laws that support my demands. Ms. Martin refused to do her fiduciary duty and remove the information I requested. I didn't just cite one particular law but over 4 laws that explicitly outline the criteria for removal. Laquise Martin is either an evil woman who doesn't give a s**t about the many consumers that rely on bureaus to report legally, or she is just as versed as the music major Security Officer that recently resigned at Equifax. No surprise after failing to bring a resolution to my case, I noticed that Equifax announced their security breach. Surprise surprise! Karma is a real bi*ch. I'm spewing venom where it counts because everyone at this billigerent institution needs to go down with this sinking ship. It is no secret that Equifax is the most detested organization out of the 3 bureaus. Thousands upon thousands of complaints show that I'm not alone in my struggle against Equifax. 

No surprises founds in my correspondence with these idiots. The idiocacy at this bureau trickles from the top down. I'm savoring every moment a new lawsuit is filed against this organization. I just filed my lawsuit against Equifax, Equifax Inc and Ms. Lauquise Martin as well as other top executives at Equifax. These people are the scum of the earth.
