Complaint Review: Larry Caines

I was connected with Larry Caines for over a year.  I encountered him and he claimed to be able to help with some debt settlement and credit improvement.  He conned me into a high interest loan and ended up somehow even stealing some of the loan proceeds despit signing a notarized contract to repay it.  Of course he did not.

As a way to make up for his errors, he brought me in to help build his marketing business which sends out newsletters for realtors.  The whole thing is a scam.  He never does what he says and he cannot point to a single satisfied customer.  He lives off the fact that no one ever pursues him in court despite a track record of ripping off everyone in relatively small numbers.  I quit after a couple weeks of promised large money and my wife and I walked away thinking we learned a lesson.  WE had no idea so many people are being harmed.
