Complaint Review: Larry Frank

Received email from Patricia Chandler regarding a donation.  I told her I was not interested.  Larry Frank sent several emails that he was appointed by Mrs. Chandler to bring the donation to me.

different people through Equity bank that I sent money.  I kept a record and contacted Equity Bank with all the information, dates, amounts and acct numbers.  Told them I had been scammed.  It is currently under investigation.

these two people need to be arrested.  Hope they catch them so they will not donsame to other people.
