My 2015 fiat front end skid plate got jammed on a cement parking divider. I did not notice anything was wrong until the motor overheated after loosing all the coolant. It was Saturday afternoon when I got towed to Larry H Miller Fiat in Tucson. They put the car on the lift and removed a few bolts holding the skid plate. The Servive manager took me to the bay and showed me the damage and pointed out that the impact broke the electric fan into the radiator and condenser. All the lost coolant overheated the engine. The manager said I needed to notify my insurance to begin a claim. The insurance agent said they would send a claim adjuster on Wenesday so I left the car at the dealer from Saturday until Wednesday. After I got home from the dealership I decided I would have the car towed to national collision center for the repairs. I called the service advisor at fiat about my decision only to be told I would have to pay $128. Diagnostic fee before releasing the car I went back to the dealership and paid $128. Fee and then notified the insurance of the change, they said no problem I also told the insurance that the dealer held the car hostage until I paid the diagnostic fee. By this time it was getting late in the day and national collision would close at 4.30 pm so I would wait until Monday to tow the car to national Collision center. When I got home around 4.30 my phone rang and it was the service manager from fiat wanting to know why I was choosing another location for the repairs? I said because the custumer can choose any location as long as the insurance agrees. After talking a few minutes about the repairs and using oem parts vs aftermarket parts since the car is a fiat and he is the fiat manager and the car was already there I said ok then fix the car and price match what the claim would pay. On Wenesday the claim adjuster saw the car add cut a check for $1320.00 and left. Then the fiat guy called and said he could not price match all the parts because he would loose money and I ended up with a bunch of keystone Chinese parts probably made at the same plant as the oem but it is not stamped mopar. I finally got the car back paid $500. Diductable and did not get credit for the $128 diag fee. I called the claim adjuster and told him my fee was $628. And not $500. At first he sounded like he wanted to help and promised he would go to the top of fiat chain of comand but today he sounded like he was trying to distance himself from helping me. I called fiat usa related the situation to a low level secretary making minimum wage. She promised to call me on Monday with her finding. The BBB is my next contact. I don't know what the other fiat dealerships are like I find a lot of complaints on them

It never ceases to amaze me the number of complaints from all phases of the Larry Miller dealership chain.  Over and over and over the complaints of FRAUD and DECEPTION just keep on coming.
