Larry Miller Dodge Poor Customer Service, To much in a hurry to get you out of there store. Ripoff Peoria Arizona
I went into Dodge to purchase a Dodge Charger and was going to use my inheritance to purchase one.Test drove one,and went through the long process of the application.Since my husband came in 6 months before and was denied they must have still had his info.Anyway,we went in late about 30 minutes before they close, only 2 men working. The mgr and one service agent. It seemed they were in a hurry to leave. They got my info and said they would pull the credit and be right back. You know as well as me,when you go to a car dealership it takes about 15 minutes to pull your credit report.Within not even 60 seconds, the gentleman walks back and says sorry we cannot help you at this time.In order for you to get that car,you would need 10,000 dollars down.Thank You have a good night. There is no way they checked my credit and I had that kind of money to spend, but after being treated that way.I did not even look to spend a dime in there again.Went across the street to Sunset Ford and put 900 down on a Ford explorer and was very happy to give them my business.Beware when you go to a dealership, and make sure the agent is honest.
