my husband and i went to subaru to look at cars. we asked them what they had available that were subaru's only. we looked at only one car during our visit. it had 55,000 miles and was a 2005. it had damage on the inside. i asked the sales guy if he could fix the damages. He said where were the damages. to me the dealer should know about the damages before they sell it to someone. we had to ask to take it for a test drive. then when we signed the documents and and had them right the damages down they were in a hurry and did not write it all. the sales guy said that it should be no problem fixing the damages.

the person they referred us to, said he could not fix the doors. so we called the sales person and he said he would call us back with another person. never did. so i called back and talked to a general manager and we got put on hold for almost 5 minutes. then he responded with attitude. then i tried telling him what was going on and he made it sound like i was making things up and started yelling at me. i mean literally yelling at me. so i hung up and started crying. another gm called me back and said he over heard the conversation. he called back later that day. he offered to let us look at other cars and see if we could find something better. after about an hour we found one. then they took forever to see if they could get it financed. then they said they had a financed bank lined up. we signed the papers and took the car home.

ever since we took the car home they have been making us wait and wait to see if its financed. they did give us a great deal on a really nice car. but we are at the dead line and they have yet to return our calls or do any follow ups with us. this company is very unprofessional and will never do business with them again and not refer anyone due to the poor treatment.
