Please beware of any dealings with this company!! They are unethical, underhanded, and lie to rippoff customers!! My fiance went in to purchase a vehicle, he found a truck he liked. He test drove the vehicle, and was pressured to proceed with the deal. They had three salespeople work him over.

They took a look at his trade in and when he asked for his keys to leave they refused to return them. He was really railroaded in to closing the deal. He was promised free oil changes for 24 months, yet was charged $795 for them.

In addition, was lied to about gap insurance coverage and the details of this coverage!!

He was strung along about extras and the benefits of these extras. Needless to say the base cost of a $15,636 vehicle will cost us about $25,000 which includes extras and of course the interest!!

In the finance office he was pressured to sign the papers fast!!

They painted a pretty picture of him driving off in his new vehicle, he never really "saw" the paperwork through all of their smoke and mirror routine!! In the finance office he was rushed, the sales manager went in three times to tell the finance guy to hurry up they needed him on other deals!!

I reviewed the paperwork, realized he had been ripped, and went to the dealer to see if we could work on this deal or deal on another vehicle. They were unwilling to work with me, nor did they care about customer satisfaction!! This dealerships main function is to clearly railroad deals and rippoff customers by pressuring them to close the deal fast, making it sound great, then not coming thru on their word and charging for items they promised for free!!

The staff including the sales manager, sales people, and finance manager are all blood thirsty, trained to scam, and use deception in their sales process. The sales manager is cold, crass, and again clearly trained to decieve!! Let the buyer beware!!! Don't deal with this unethical, underhanded group of liars!!!

CANCELL THE PRODUCTS

MOST THINGS THAT ARE SOLD IN THE F&I OFFICE ARE CANCELLABLE. JUST GO BACK IN AND TELL THEM THAT IS WHAT YOU WANT. THEY WILL REFUND YOUR LIEN HOLDER AND YOU WON'T HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM ANYMORE.
I USED TO WORK FOR THEM, I KNOW WHAT IT'S LIKE WITH THAT COMPANY.
