Avoid the cash flow classes with Larry Pino !!! I was charged over $6000.00 for the Diversified Cash Flow Institute training. Attended classes in Memphis. Took a test through the ACFA and passed. Received a certification as DCFC. Worked several avenues of this program from note brokering, viaticals, etc. I brought list of note holders, had professional business cards and marketing materials and worked this cash flow business. I never made any money. I reached out to the Cash Flow Consultant help program through Larry Pino's company and only got deeper in debt. The suggestions were to invest more in classes, marketing, etc. You could spend more money to travel to his other seminars to learn MORE!!! The fast track DVDs and easy-to -use systems did not make it easier. Nothing was fast. Nothing was easy. Even after direct marketing , cold calls and "institute help", was all very hard. I was led in the fast talking seminar, to believe this was a no-fail, win-win for everyone. I lost money and over a year of time. It became very time consuming and convoluted. I want them to repay all that was taken from me and my children. It was not marketed honestly at all. Suckered for big money !
