Complaint Review: Larry's Auto Works

Larry's Auto Works gets customers to agree to a $250 estimate no matter what the repair, then they overcharge for basic repairs without any authorization by the customer. They will not tell you the cost of anything they do - gas filter change, hourly labor charge, changing a hose. Then they smack you with an unreasonable repair bill for tightening a bolt.

Complete rip off. And when you complain about being robbed, expect to be hung up on, and treated with unbelievable rudeness by Rick and Cecil. This place is the worst - beware!
