Complaint Review: Larry's Indy Homes West

Larry Pugliese claim to be a property management company in Indiana. I agreed to let him rent out the house while I was out of state for a few years. During this time we would be late by weeks paying the mortage and other expensive. Then on one day he called me and said he no longer wanted to manage the property, you can have it back. This was on the 4th of the month and mortage was due of first We kept the money collected.

I had a new team come in and do an inspections. After review there was over 6k of damange and the appliance was missing. He admitted to takign the appliance and stated for 6 months he was sending a check for payment-never happen. I ask for names for tenant and he would not provide, so i was stuck with 6k bill before I could rent the house out.

After review this guy is a fraud, it is important for you to take time and review who your doing business with.

 I have contacted BBB and Indiana department of RE.
