Larry Shaffer came to our home offering his tree stumping services. We agreed to pay him for tree stump removal and landscaping. We paid him with three separate checks. After cashing all three checks he has not returned to finish the work. He will not return our phone calls either. He did not finish the mulch, tree trimming, and stone work.
