Complaint Review: Larry Teague and sons heating & a air conditioning

 I denisha contacted Larry Teague & son to put in my grandmoma ac & furnace unit and had buitding permits to come out expect it when the job is done. The contract we have for the two units that it will be a 10 year warranty on parts,two years on labor, installing them. New thermostat and hook it up the duck work that was already there. A stand for the inside unit. Also have the filter close to the furnace in the house. Code inforcement came to inspect both units all in that one price.Since my grandmother already had a new thermostat the guys would leaving you alone that one in but the price will stay the same. They had to come back out because the ac would cut back but cut right back off. Found it burn the wires at the thermostat so had to re- wire it and put in a new thermostat and charge my grandmoma for the thermostat. I the granddaughter have been calling back and forward Avery since aug or sept of 2016 after it was installed. I kept calling to get someone back out their for the Tloud boom boom noise and grinding when the Cool and heat is on. This company has gave me the run around, excuses after excuses and asked to talk with the manger or supervisor . I was told that she with give them the message to call me but never did. I keep calling back and the Landry said she don't know when he going to get in. Each time i call she fast talk me to hurry to get me off the phone. I try to help my grandmother out but I and not the same as I was before . I am partially paralyzed and only can make or if my husband take me out their to see what going on. Please help me to get someone to help my grandmother don't get ripped off by this company.
