Hi, my experience with Larry Weir happened a few years ago when I was releasing a new album. I met him in person and visited his family's recording studio in Century City, which is really nice and we did a few radio station recordings of commercials for my songs. He charged me $4000 for a "radio" contract that promised plays of my new music and radio promotion. I had similar experiences with some of the other artists on here. I don't want to release my name because I'm still performing and trying to make it in the music industry, and you don't want someone like Larry Weir to be able to smear you or blacklist you, because I do believe that he has some legitimate contacts in the industry, and does some legit business in music and with radio stations. Unfortunately when he sent me my radio station plays with the station call letters, when I went in to check on many of the stations to try to send them a thank you for playing my songs, but I found out that some of them had actually shut down within the past 2-5 years when I did an online search. This was really a lot of the stations on the list. So in other words, my experience is that I didn't get any sales, new fans or anything else of value due to Larry's efforts, even though my songs played on many stations and made it to near the top of his Weekly Music Magazine charts. I'm not bitter, but I know that I was personally ripped off by him and his company. I do think that some of his clients and contacts and reporting are legit, but as an indie artist I would think twice before using him or his companies.
