THESE PEOPLE KEEP SENDING ME LETTERS TELLING ME ALL I NEED TO DO TO COLLECT THE MONEY IVE WON IS SEND THEM $20.FIRST LETTER I GOT THEY SAID MY ELIGIBLILTY WAS PENDING FOR OVER 2,000,000.00 THE 2ND LETTER I GOT THE SAID SEND ANOTHER $20.00 TO START THE ACCOUNT FOR YOU. THEN I DID THEN A YEAR LATER I FINALLY GOT ANOTHER LETTER SAYING THAT I WENT FROM PENDING TO ELIGIBLE FOR THE GRAND PRIZE FOR OVER $3,157,003.40 BUT GUESS WHAT THEY WANT OH MY GOD ANOTHER $20.00. FOR WHAT YOU ASK "NEW CLIENT PROCEDURAL FEE REQUIRED IN OPENING ACCOUNT FOR YOU. THEY SAY THIS IS A STANDARD NEW CLIENT FEE FOR THIS AWARDS NON GOVERNMENTAL SERVICE AGENCY. THEY ALSO WANT TO KNOW IF I WANT TO LET THEM USE A PICTURE OF ME AND TO USE MY NAME I DONT THINK SO THESE PEOPLE DONT EVEN GIVE YOU A PHONE NUMBER OR A WAY TO CONTACT THEM WITHOUT JUST SENDING MONEY TO THERE P.O BOX. I THINK I WILL SEND MY ENVELOPE FULL OF A PILE OF ROCKS SINCE THEY WERE SO NICE TO SEND ME A PREPAID ENVELOPE LET THEM PAY THE POSTAGE ON THAT. I WOULD LOVE TO FIND A WAY TO REPORT THESE CREEPS.

To report these scams...

#2Consumer Suggestion

You already did very good to report this scam here.
If you want to do a little more, there is an easy way to report these scammers to the authorities. Take all the mails to your local post office, and ask for a form to report mail fraud.

(As a volunter of a Senior Center I take every week a basketful scam mails to the post master. I do not even need to fill out any form.)

The USPS inspectors can close any PO Box - it is against federal law to use USPS for fraud.

In rare cases USPS lucky enough to find dozens/hundreds of checks in the POBox, and able to return them to the victims.

The problem, in a week the scammers open another POBox...

BUT if your report is HERE, on Ripoffreport, scammers can not hide simply behind a new address.
