They wrote me and said I won 3,341,006.00 and the wrote that all I have to do is to send them 20 dollars and I did and it was a scam i want my 20 dollars back

I hope that you learned something and that is that you get nothing for something.
I suggest that you just forget the money and file it under "Experience" and if you do it again file it under "Ignorance" You were lucky it was only $20.00
