Complaint Review: LAS VEGAS NEVADA ACTIONABLE AWARD PROGRAM - LVAAP

I receieved a letter from the Las Vegas, Nevada Actionable Award Program. Letter was made out to appear as an official document with the words, "You are officially sworn to secrecy absolutely confidential." written across the top of the page.

"LVAAP is a service offered to our customers that provides information on available sweepstakes that are open to the public for entry. Subscribers are solely responsible for investigations, viewing, and complying with any and all rules, restrictions, requirements, or provisions set forth in all sweepstakes."

This line made me think....Hmmmm.. This is a rip-off

Below all of that there was a "Privileged privacy rights contract document number" a bunch of legal mumbo jumbo... Please put response by me on record and imediately expidite report-release said u.s. dollar amount.

Enclosed is report release fee of $20 payable by cash, check, or money order to: "LVAAP"
