Complaint Review: Las Vegas Nevada Actionable Award Program Aka LVAAP

This Company send me a letter stating that I was the Name No.1 CONFIRMED WINNER of $3,341,006.00. The letter also stated other people name and state who has won prize over so much money and collected the money. It stated that it is restrictive-tell nobody! They wanted me to send $20 payable by cash, check or money order for a report-release fee. I did not send them any money.

The fine print it reads the following: LVAAP is a service offered to our customers that provides information on available sweepstakes that are open to the public for entry. subcribers are solely responsible for investigatind, viewing, and complying with any and all rules, restrictions, requirements, or provisions set forth in all sweepstakes. The contents of our newsletters are accurate to the best of our knowledge, and LVAAP shall not be liable for errors, omissions, or Inaccuracies. Liabilty for any mistake or typographical error is limited to a full refund of the purchase price of the publication. LVAAP has no association or affliation with any particular sponsor of any sweepstakes or contest. No such association or affiliation should be inferred or implied.
