I got a letter in the mail that said I won $3,341,006.00. I sent them 20 dollars like it said I had to do and nothing happened, I got ripped off!

There are hundreds of complaints on this site alone on these idiots. Getting an investigation started should not be a problem.
Also, get a copy of your cancelled check, front and back, and now you have thier bank info. Notify the bank of the fraudulent activity, and also the FBI since it is interstate.
