Complaint Review: Las Vegas Nevada Actionable Award Program

Ya know, I always question anything that requires me to pay them before you get something that is way to good or convenient. I looked up on the net about this LVAAP and the first 10 matches I got were "ripoff's". They say I've been drawn for a $3 million+ dollar award (why not the $4 or $10 million winners), that I have to send them $20 to get a report or some crap like that and to make it public some how. All official looking with 4 different hand-writing and colored check marks in the boxes at the top, with your's in red as "uncllected". So either they can kiss my butt, or they can take the $20 dollars out of my $3,000,000. I wouldn't mind a house of my own or a new truck though. Guess I'll just have to earn those like everybody else :)
