Complaint Review: Las Vegas Nevada Actionable Award Program

I received a notice today that said "you are officially sworn to secrecy absolutely confidential"

It stated that I was a confirmed prize winner of $3,341,006.00 and to tell no one.

The wanted me to sign a Privleged Privacy Rights Contract Document #5039402056 to state that I never received any money from them before and to enclose cash, check or money order to "IVAPP in the amount of $20.00 as soon as possible to claim my winnings.

I checked this out on the internet and found it to be a ripoff.

Please get this people before they really ripoff someone especially the elderly who do not understand this.
