Complaint Review: Las Vegas Nevada Actionable Award Program

On Monday March 6th (2006) as I sat down to eat my lunch I opened the envelope after reading it several times, I thought I had just won the lottery.

After expressing to my wife maybe we should attempt to hand deliver the notice and our twenty dollar check.
Take the prize to the bank and have it transfered to our bank by wire transfer.
We were going to pay off our house, put some money away for our 8 year olds future. Open the jewelry store we both wanted to open.

So, since my wife's the only one working right now, she had to return to work, I went to the computer to see if I could locate and or speak with someone there.
Sure enough, just as I typed in and pressed the search button. Whamo! my heart was broken, and in our situation $20.00 is alot of money. We had our daughter late in life and it's been really rough.

I think they should have to give back the $20 and pay fines of at least one million per letter. NO APPEALS! RIGHT NOW! GUILTY!
