Complaint Review: Las Vegas Nevada Actionable Award Program

Hello; I received the famous 3,341,006 cent letter. Fortunately I did not fall for the scam. I still have the letter but thought to myself "just how many people have sent the $20 into this company"? I would love to see people who do things such as this punished to fullest extent of the law. I read the letter several times and noticed there was not a return telephone number. Let alone an actual address. Please include me in any criminal pursuit or lawsuit in this case. Thank you so much.
