I received a letter from Las Vegas, Nevada Actionable Award Program stating that I had won $3,341,006.00. I was also asked to send $20, for the contract fee. They also stated that I shouldn't tell anyone. They shouldn't be allowed to send people these letters,something seriously need to be done about this.
