When Laser Appraisers telemarketer Melissa presented the product on the phone she informed me that the information gather by my Laser appraiser smart phone app would transfer over to our used vehicle inventory management software.  Our used vehicle management company dealerttrack  moves our inventory to several online vendors.  The purpose of the purchase was to save time inputting the vehicle data into dealertrack.  When I agreed to purchase the product I was told it would take 1 week for Laser Appraiser to integrate with our dealer track account.  After  about 90 days I gave up and cancelled my subscription on May 3rd 2012.  Laser Appraiser charged my credit card again 31 days after I cancelled. 

Beware of giving them your credit card.  They have refused to refund the extra month they charged my credit card.
