Complaint Review: Laser Condominiums Miami Beach

My boyfriend and I rented a unit in this building. First I would NEVER  recommend anyone to rent a unit in this building and definitely do not buy! Lights were always out and never fixed. Gates were broken while we lived there. The laundry room flooded all the time and they were old beaten up machines. The elevator never worked until we were in our last month of renting though I know from a woman who sold her place because of these problems that they had voted years earlier to replace it. It is grungy, the management company never answers to a complaint, the landlords, we had other neighbors with the same problems, never answer a complaint. I did a bit of research and Regatta Management has just about the worst reputation on all of Miami Beach.

Laser Condos located at 201 Jefferson Ave in Miami Beach are run down. The stairwells are grotesque, the gates need painting, the lobby smells and has dead roaches everywhere. For South of Fifth you can do much better. Get one of those furnished places that have like 4 units and look cute. This place is so awful that most renters do not renew and owners----well ok, one girl from Europe renovated her condo completely and awesomely done and she left, selling at a loss, the people next to her sold their condo, the guy across from her, an Italian man, rented an apartment in another building and rented out his place, one guy apparently lives in the same building as the Italian guy but he also owns a place at this dump and he has tried to sell his place a few times. Nobody wants to renew their leases and if you do, be careful, one girl and her boyfriend were kicked out for no reason she thinks by the association. The people are the unfriendliest and weirdest people on South Beach in that building. Just stay away from it and any building that has Regatta as a management company.
