Complaint Review: Laser Lipo of Virginia

I bought a package for lipo laser treatment and it was a scam.I tried to reaach out to the owner, she kicked me out of the office and sent a message that she can't see me. I said I will wait, that girl that talked to her told me that leave she can't see you and I asked for my refund by text several times, she ignored me.She is not planning to treat me , see me or to refund me back. She is a scam.

I made an appointment with her after weeks of trying to reach her after i purchased from groupon and she gave me an appointment for the 8^th of March two weeks in advance  but she sent me a text two hours before my appointment time to confirm instead of advanced 24 hours notice and she warned me if I didn't make it I will lose my session and I was already at work. She didn't tell me what time it was. Also she told me two hours before my appointment that she has  moved. I had to drive all the way from DC to get to her  for my appointment as I thought was at 12 noon which is 30 minutes away and when I got there she wouldn’t see me and she ignored and she ignored all my texts as well..She even blocked me of her page because she refuses to refund me back..This business is a fraud and a scam…it is like a punishment dealing with her..She is very rude with her texts and she always warns people.

She is making money by scamming the consumers.
