Complaint Review: Laser Storm Vacuum Singer

Bought the 2 vacuums from a TV paid program in June and I did not get then until the middle of August with me calling them all the time to see when they were sending them. I got them towards the middle to end of August and used one of the vacuums one time and was so dissatisfied that I called them to send them back.

I sent them both back on 9-20-05, I have yet to see a credit on my credit card account and I have been trying since 9-25-05 to call them.

I have gotten nothing but our line are experiencing a large number of calls right now, please hold on for the next available operater and then after 30 to 45 minutes it disconnects me and I have to start all over again. I have tried to email them and just get a fail delivery notice to the email address they are giving out as there customer care address. There is more and I will update again soon.
