On May 30th 2008 we ordered Microsoft Access 2003 from MosesCompu (that was the name which was explained would show up on our debit from our bank account). The monies were deducted from our bank account 5-31-08 $34.57. We called in July to report we had not received this product. "Joseph" promised that product would ship and if we did not receive by 7/29/08 to call him again. We did not receive product.

Called several more times and on 8/16/08 again we were promised it would ship to us that day - Didn't. Have Faxed, e-mailed and continued to telephone - the telephone now rings a "funny" busy signal.
