Mr. Laserev is russian and speaks german fluently.

the story: He has contacts to rich russian bussinesman who wants to invest in small companys/projects all over the world.

He tells you, that the organisation has several offices all over the world. You will meet him only in hotels or airports.

After you send your business-plan he will take about a week to give you an OK. After this you get a loancontract from a company PLATINSCORE Ltd. without any address. You've to sign the contract and send the contract back to him or to one of his officers.

With the contract you have to send even your passport.

Once you have signed the loan contract they request a downpayment, it's called "security deposit". This deposit is 2.5 % of the loan. You have to do a wire transfer to a company in Dubai.

After this they tell you, that they need more clients, because the payout of the loan is very difficult to organice, because of the offshore-problem. You already paid your deposit and then, sure you will give more address from friends or business-partners.

After you have done this, they invite you to come to place / airport where they will meet you to fly together to an other place for the paying out of the loan.

At this place / airport your are alone, they will not come, no more contact, nothing.
