Complaint Review: LaserShip

LaserShip Repeated delay in shipped Items. No Delivery as of now. Orlando Florida

I purchased a product to be delivered to my home and paid for three-day shipping. The company sent this product through LaserShip. It was supposed to be at my house on August the 6th of 2021. Instead, it arrived in Orlando, FL, on August the 6th of2021. It has sat in Orlando, FL, for the last three days.

On August the 8th of 2021, I received an update that the package would be delivered on August the 9th of 2021. However, the box never showed on August the 9th of 2021. The package is still sitting in their warehouse as of today, August the 10th of 2021.

On August the 9th of 2021, I emailed LaserShip about my package around 3:00 pm to inquire if my package would be arriving on said day. As it was getting closer to the end of the day, and there was no word about my package. On August the 10th of 2021, I received an email stating a delay, and my package will be delivered in 1 – 2 business days. I understand delays, but not when this is your 3rd time delaying something without a good explanation.

This email provided me a way to get in contact with the company. I called and spoke to a lovely young lady. She talked to the warehouse, and they told her they would call me in an hour. I waited for an hour and no one called. I called back two hours later, and they escalated the issue to the manager. The manager called to tell me that my package would be 2 - 3 more business days as of now.

She informed me that my package would be there in 2 – 3 business days. I asked her if she expected me to trust LaserShip. She said yes. I informed her of the experience I have had. I do not trust them or that my package will arrive at all. As of now, my package has not arrived.
