Complaint Review: Lash Serum

 This company advertises a free sample of lash serum and brown serum for just paying shipping. I received the trial and did not see where they had stated anything about a cancellation policy. They have since billed my credit card 149.95 and an additional 89.95, which was not authorized. I called their company immediately upon receiving another lash serum, along with a bill of 89.95. I called immediately and told them repeatedly I did not want any of items and I wanted my account immediately credited. The guy EJ continued to tell me it was to late as I Had already been billed. I again said, I don't want your product, I'll send back the lash serum and I want my account credited. He continued to offer me discounted prices over and over. I again stated look, I don't want your product, this will be returned and you need to credit back my account. He finally said he would do so and he would email me directions on how to return the item. Today I contacted my credit card company and was advised this company has had MANY complaints. I further found out they had charged my account 149.95 and an additional 89.95. These practices are bordering on false advertising and in fact I Never saw anything about any additional charges or their cancellation policy, I would have NEVER ordered their product if I had known the above. I have further found they have numerous complaints with the BBB also. Beware of this company!!
