Site offers a "Try it before you buy it". But what it really means is try it before we charge your card $149.95 and then don't expect a full refund, ever.

I ordered Lash Serum Plus and paid $7.95 for shipping and handling on 6/19/2016. I tried using the serum as instructed and it only irritated my eyes. On 6/24/2016 I called and attempted to cancel my account and was told that I couldn't cancel until my trial period was completed and I would need to call back on 7/04/2016 to cancel my order, I was assured that my card would not be charged and that an operator would be available cancel my order on this date, even though it was a holiday.

I called as instructed on 7/04/2016 and sure enough I received a recorded message that the office was closed for the holiday.

At 6am on 7/05/2016 my card was charged the $149.95. When I called to ask for a refund, the operator told me he cannot offer me a full refund. 

His first offer was a refund of $50 and I could keep the product and receive future shipments at a discounted rate.

"Now why would I want any more of a product that irritated my eyes?" I asked. "I want a full refund." I insisted.

After several other refund offers, I was told the best the operator could do was $110 and that would cancel my account and a refund would be processed within 5-7 business days.

So, I am ripped off $39.95 plus the $7.95 in shipping in handling, Never received the full 30 day trial period, tried to cancel during the trial period and could not.
