Complaint Review: Last Chance Cash Advance /id Theft Protection

Yes, I needed some extra cash so I decided to use LAST CHANCE CASH ADVANCE. Not only did I not get the cash, but I was TRICKED into them deducting 31.98 from my checking account some silly ID THEFT PROTECTION, which I did not authorize.

I have tried several times and in several different ways to have my money refunded as I live on an extremely limited income (disability) and sometimes can't even afford groceries. That is why I was seeking a loan of 200.00 to begin with.

When I call, I am on hold 30 minutes each time because they say they are having high call volume. When I talked with a representative today, she said that my request for a refund was denied because I authorized it. I was tricked by their website when I requested cash.

I have no money in my account because they took what little I had. I don't get my next benefit check until next month and they truly put me in a bind. I don't know what else to do.
