I'm pretty sure that people other than myself was dupped into this...This was the response that I sent to their refund department regarding my refund...lets see if i'll get it...

{{{I checked the status of my refund request and noticed that additional information was needed. After doing that, I checked my Bank Account and noticed on my BANK STATEMENT that a charge of $7.99 from PLRCINC.com, the same company that charged me $31.85 for the ID Theft Protection that I DID NOT WANT IN THE FIRST PLACE, was placed on my account, causing an overdraft charge of $35. I then called the ID Theft customer service line @ 1-877-843-3827 to see why this charge was placed and why additional information was needed in order to get my refund and all I was getting was the run around...Both a staffer as well as a supervisor informed that as far as for the $7.99 charge, I would have to contact a company called Pay Day Loan Resource Center @ 1-888-211-6131, again the run around. They also informed that I would have to send in additional information to the refund department. When I asked to speak to someone from the refund department, I was denied my request.

Again, from what I originally stated in my request for a refund, I did indeed fill out an electronic application for a Pay Day Loan from Last Chance Cash Advance and there was indeed a couple of check boxes that I could select in order to enroll into one of the following programs; ID Theft Protection and Pay Day Loan Resource Center. At the bottom of both of those offers is a check box that states "I DO NOT WANT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS OFFER". I made sure that I checked the box that stated "I DO NOT WANT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS OFFER" for BOTH OFFERS and I never checked any of those boxes where I agreed to enroll into the ID Theft Service as well as to the Pay Day Loan Resource Center. I never even received a loan from last chance cash advance nor did I even finish the application to do so but yet my account was charged. I am very upset at these turn of events and am looking toward seeking LEGAL ACTION for this particular issue if I do not get my refund of $31.85 for the ID Theft Service, my refund of $7.99 for the Pay Day Loan Resource Center Service, as well as $35 to compensate for the overdraft charge caused by the $7.99 charge for the Pay Day Loan Resource Center Service.

FYI, I did some research regarding your company and I came across the following articles regarding your company and is ILLEGAL ACTIONS and I see that I am not the only one that have been rippef off by your company...well, COMPANIES (meaning more than one - PLURAL).

Well, I knew it...the company never wired me back my money that that fradulantly took but I did however do the next best thing...I went to my bank and submitted a report with them so that basically the company will be investigated for their illegal practices...and the bank was able to replenish the money that was taken. So...if anybody every has this problem happen to them, do the following:

1. Contact the Company to inform of charge (I know, its a BS move) but hopefully, the company may give you your money back.
2. Contact your Bank and file a report
3. Sign up w/ Ripoff Report and let everybody know what happen to you because trust, you may not be the only one that something like this happens to.

After sending the "Refund Department" my little tirade of sorts message as well as posting the same message on this website, I went ahead and again checked the status of my refund and long behold, I read a message stating that my refund "HAS" been authorized and that I should be seeing the money back in my bank account in the next 72 Hours.

I was in total shock when I read the message that I had to print it out and read it again to make sure I wasn't going seeing thing...LOL.

All I can say is thank GOD and thanks to the creator of this website.

I hope that any other person that comes across the same issue as I have, let them know about their Illegal practices and include some websites that contains articles of other victims of detailing there experiences with them.
