I applied for a loan with Last Chance Cash advance and was denied, the next day i see i was billed for 31.98 for some kind of identity theft protection service, which i never did, i was told to cancel the service and fill out a refund request form, so i did and then i was sent an email a couple of days later that said i was not entitled to a refund because all my information was correct.

i called several times and spoke to several people and know one woud refund my money saying that I should have read the terms and conditions. i told them it didnt matter if i know i never signed up for it. I even spoke to a supervisor (Lara Scott) whom basically told me i was out of luck. I asked her, how are you billing me for something I canceled, i dont even have the service after about a hour going back and forth with her I finally gave up.

I told her i applied for a payday loan because I needed the money, why would I agree to give you 31.98 if i was applying for money i needed. The whole thing was unbelievable. Is there anyway people that has been their victims can get their money back, these people are stealing for people who need a little help!!! They need to be exposed and put out of business
