Complaint Review: Last chance cash advance - liberty discount club

I attempted to apply for a loan with this company, which changed my mind about and canceled out of the application. today i notice a debit from my account for 34.19 from Liberty Discount Club which i did not authorize. After attempting to contact the company via phone and live chat, i was told to leave a message as they were now closed (this was after i had a 5 min chat with a representative). i then attempted to look up the company on line and realized that i am not the only person this has happened to. apparently this is a common practice for this company. needless to say i am not happy and prepared to do whatever it takes to not only have my funds refunded, but to make sure that they are not able to continue to do this to people. this company is terrible and to take advantage of people the way they do is awful. they need to be stopped.
