I was billed for $49.98 on Oct 18th.  The company name was Liberty Discount Club.  Right above the check/charge on my online bank statement was a reversal of the charge.  I thought the company itself had reversed the charge. Turns out it was my bank that stopped the "check".  Still, I called the company confused as to why there was a charge in the first place.  I was told that they are affiliated with a Payday loan company.  I had been searching for payday loans a few days prior to the charge.  I was kinda perplexed that I seemed to be rerouted several times.  One site to another.  Anywho, I got tired and annoyed of the rerouting and gave up.  So, again today, there was another one of these checks on my online bank statement. $19.99 UClip Coupons.   I called the customer service number again. SAME person answers the phone.  Same script.  Affiliated with a Payday Advance company.  So many that there is no record of WHICH payday loan company site is the culprit.  I accepted the terms.   No refund.

I never saw any terms.  Yes, I saw different offers and I rejected them.  Never went far enough to see terms.  Why would I need a third party to assist me with offers I did not seek out on my own? I was looking to BORROW money not give it away. why have all these offers for people who did not ask for them?  Mind you.  I got tons of crappy emails from Payday loan companies, NEVER any confirmation or details about the services I enrolled in!!!

If all these people who are complaining are not reading, thereby accidentally joining, why not offer refunds?  Just out of good customer service.  Sounds like a deliberte trap.  I actually happened on these other Rip-Off reports because I told the last rep that I was gonna find out what company is responsible for this.

Now I am terrified.  Not knowing what they will charge me for next.

***UPDATE.  Just checked my bank account online right as I was on the phone calling my bank for customer service.  I guess I chewed out the rep I spoke to enough!  The charge has been refunded-- without going to my bank!  Apparantly, they CAN give refunds.
