The movers were late on day one. There were not enough movers and the truck was to small to handle our home. They took half of our items and said they would be back the next day. Two days later they came back and had raised the estimate a couple hundred dollars above the original estimate. My choices were, finish the packing myself or have everything returned and I would be charged the half down I had already paid them.

They arrived on a Saturday afternoon and wanted cash plus the extra costs above the estimate. I didn't have that much cash, so they slapped a lein on my things and now it would cost me twice the original estimate to get my things.

When I paid them what they wanted, they only delivered about 2/3 of my things. It took another 2 months to get the rest of my things (some things are still missing and many things are broke or damaged).

I hired a lawyer but they have moved out of their office. They have probably changed their name so watch out for the following names:
Fred McKay Estimator
Lee Dispatcher
Vince Rabiola Manager
Mike Galatte Owner
