We contacted Latest Design to repair/redo our family room walls that were previously skim coated by another contractor 6 months prior, who left them covered with waves every 6 inches from top to bottom, and some hairline cracks. They told us applying another skim coat would be necessary to fix these issues and give us the nice smooth walls we had wanted to begin with. A few months after they finished, the Walls looked much worse than they did before. They refuse to come back and fix this mess, or refund the $1125 we paid them.
