I ordered a DVD from www.latestdvd9.com on 28th Nov 2008 and 48 days later I'm still waiting for it, they said numerous amount of times that it will be with me within a week, even using christmas as an excuse.

They say they have resent it, but the whole time refuse to give a refund. I don't think I will get either. I think they are just taking peoples money. No form of contact apart from email, I should've known better.
