Complaint Review: LATIN CARD PLUS

Wathching the Latin Card Plus comercial in a time of debt and broken credit i approched the Latin Card Plus and i subscribed for a credit card in return i was to mail $300 dolars which i payed by postal money order and in return i were to recive my new credit card by via express mail by september 2nd, 2004. When i finally recived my credit card and a new hope of getting out of debt i discoverd that my Latin Plus Credit Card was never activated so i proceded to call on september 8th at the number subscribed at 1-800-473-0640 and it was answered by Mr. Nicohlas who assured me the card was activetd and in for immeadtly use.

In the meantime i called again and it was answered by Miss. Ramirez who explained to me that i was supposed to buy from the catalog a amount of $100 dolars in merchendaise in order for them to activate my "Latin Plus Credt Card" and i was to mail $80.49 being the 60 percentage of the total purchase, including shipping and handelling for a DVD and Mixer.

In act of desperation i called the number subscribed in the Activation Form sheet in numerous time to check the statues of my purchaise and the suppose Visa and the numebr were always out of service or not functoning.
Also the web page is in a ever reconstrucion stage and for so not available.

I want my money back and i demand a immediate reponse and if not actions will be taken. Latin Card Plus is the next strong huracaine forse that will destroy Florida for it has already passed trew the Caribbean in Puerto Rico.
