German Dominican Internet rascal by the name of Hans Dieter Mertes was able to steal USD 7500.00 dollars from me wtih a property scam.

Summary: An investment scam offering partnership in a Bed and Breakfast house, that he built, lived in, then sold and kept the money, all without telling his investors anything.

Hans Dieter Mertes(Diego) stole 7500.00 USD dollars from me with his latinaffairs.com and his casa latinas scam. He offered me and others shares for sale in that bed and breakfast house that he was supposedly building.

A few month ago I found out that he had built the house (using my and other investors money as well...) lived in it for two years and sold it again, and kept the money, without telling me a word. Also when I contacted him for progress reports via email or phone he would ignore the emails or the phone calls or answer with evasive responses. Never answering what he did with my money. He used my money for his own personal gain. The investment was just a scam. He has no conscience whatsoever when it comes to taking other peoples money. When I approached him about outstanding debts he told me that I was harassing him, and pretended not to know what I was talking about.
