Latrice Hardaway Calvin offered a credit repair services to myself and a friend. We paid the monies as requested, then she started saying that I owed her an additonal $200 and until that was paid she could not finish the work, Needless to say she has not not completed any work and anytime I attempt to meet her to pay the alleged $200 she is not available to meet. She has all kind of excuses or she just does not show! She sends threatening text messages and tells me what she will do.

You reported that you paid me for services that were not completed, and the I advised you that I would not complete your work until your balance was paid in full and you currently have an outstanding balance of $200. It is unfair, not true, and against the law to file a false report to attack the character of any individual. You are correct in saying that you have a balance of $200 and until that payment is remitted no further services will be provided. I have no problem and will complete your credit file once you have secured your balance. You received receipts and I have them as well. I have requested several meetings with you and none of them were followed through. You even came to town for this past Thanksgiving holiday and had me waiting on you for a few hours before you decided to advise me that you would not be able to meet with me. I always abide and will continue to abide by the guidelines set forth by the Federal Government regarding credit and credit services. I have a completed file with all confirmed transactions from all three credit bureaus. As any other consumer, you have to pay for your services.
After reading your post, I forward a copy to my attorney and reached out to you. You called me and denied filing this report which is also fine with me. I have always advised you on steps to take to ensure a new beginning with your financial path, and have always wanted the best for you. Not sure of your reasonings for filing this false report but I do not have a prolem moving forward as I have always advised you. You advised that you will be in town for Christmas and we will meet, we will see.
