Complaint Review: Laura Benedetta Bersano

Laura Benedetta Bersano, about whom we recently reported and who has been refusing to pay back stolen money for several years now, is now suddenly reappearing, adding other criminal actions to crimes that have already been committed.

For example, she calls the victim and tries to force him to delete the ripoff reports in order to pay back the money she stole herself. A classic case of coercion that leads to at least 2 years in prison for the sum at stake in this case.

Incidentally, it is completely incomprehensible why Mrs. Laura Benedetta Bersano has not been imprisoned already. What are the authorities doing in Italy? Does the Guardia di Finanza only mobilize when it comes to small fish? The Anti-Mafia Division also seems to have made no progress in its investigations so far because of money laundering and illegal foreign business of the former dentist.

Or is she covered by a higher authority or the family?

Is it possible to simply steal money in Italy without being punished for it, or are corrupt politicians involved in covering it up and profiting from it?
