I decided to try the debt settlement route to eliminate my credit card debt. After much checking, I decided to go with Campos Chartered Law Firm. After paying over $1000 and being hung out to dry while being sued, I cancelled my agreement and, having no settlements paid, received a whole $75 back. I just received a notice from a court-appointed receiver for the above-listed names concerning a class-action suit against the named firms. Anyone who was ripped off by these folks and have not received the class action papers can go to the following websites for more info.

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
