Complaint Review: Laura Lynn Upshaw Corey Donnell Upshaw Corissa Upshaw Corriante Upshaw Cirriana Upshaw Dwayne Mathew Carter

They are a group of gangters that move house to house, use faked document, dress nicely and play a professional game to retain your property, change locks so the landlord would not be able to access his or her property. They stay there until the day of trial, do not show up at court hearing and just move out before they are physically evicted by the Sheriff. Laura L. Upshaw works for the Walgreen Distribution Center in Moreno Valley, Corey D. Upshaw works for the Pacific Maritime Association and Dwayne Mathew Carter is a fugitive and a convict who lives with them as a godson. The other kids go to schools in Perris, their daughter goes to the Perris Union High School, etc. They run a fraud operation where Laura shows Corey's pay stubs of monthly income of about $7,000 and everybody would think they are a decent family with stable income. Corey is a longshore man who works for the Pacific Maritime Association in Long Beach. Perivously, they lived in Rialto, CA and they also retained the preproty there and did not pay any rent until they were evicted. Then they came to me and I checked their record I did not find any thing on Riverside County Superior court. It takes about four months before the court record woudl show any eviction. This is one of many weaknesses American court/justice? system has it gives time and incentives to criminals and convicts to keep committing crimes. 

While staying on my property, they broke the sink, they damaged  the walls, they broke the doors, they slammed the doors, their dog(s) pooped on the carpets throughout the house, they left piles of trash inside and outside of the property, they killed my trees by refusing to water them. They are the filthiest two-legged animals on earth. They grew marijua plants and smoked pot 7/24. Their smallest kid is around 7 or 8. They kept making excuses for not payiny the rent. They changed the front door lock after they moved in by fabricating a story that the former tenant stole their blongings. They kept piling trash on the property. Basically, they do not have any respect for others, no virtues and Laura is a big liar of all time. They stole my refrigerator at the end to recover their security deposit. The Perris police is after them. So my advice to you is to stay away from these criminals. They trashed the garage and left the trash for us to pick up and donate their filthy cloths to the Salvation Army in Moreno Valley.

Stay away from these criminals and do not rent to them. The adults must be sent to prison and the kids to CPS.
