Be very careful with dealing with this so called charity operating as a private company . They have continued to bill 5 weeks of rent and have not returned the bond 6 weeks after we vacated . After calling multiple times we get nothing but lies and fabricated stories .
They have no problem in stealing from the elderly and the most vulnerable of society . I have made countless phone calls they do not return them . I have escalated the complaint to the so called team leader Lauren Cotterill . Another scammer , does not return calls dispite Beng told she would be plastered on rippoffreport.com.
They have stolen approximately $2,800 from a pensioner and after constant harrassment and catching them out in leing , they have only returned $1073. Although I would like to resolve this before Christmas as it's getting so tough there is literally no money left in my account for food.
I would like to put Lauren Infront of a judge and expose her unethical and disturbing business practices in a court room . We have all the paper work and proof to get it resolved instantly in court . I'm hoping by exposing and humiliating Lauren Cotterill she may eventually do the right thing .
