 The Swanx for ordering hand painted clogs (Sanitas) I placed an order October 16th..yep over 8 weeks ago. The company was quick to charge me for the clogs $99.95 and shipping of $15.00! I was not given a choice on shipping.  I called and emailed asking if it was considered normal to charge for services not rendered?  There lame reply was, "yes" we have to pay our "artists" ok but I'll ...give them that much,  much but to pre-charge for shipping?


  I order from Amazon, Zulilly etc. and am charged once the order is processed and on it's way. NOT 8 1/2 fricking weeks before I even get the d**n things and I am still waiting!  I am out $115.95 and called to cancel today. Low and behold their toll free # is disconnected! Shawna, (no lastname) emailed me back (within 30sec) saying they do not give refunds. I do not see that noted on my invoice nor was it noted on the "view order brfore submitting"
