Complaint Review: Lava barre

First I am writing this because I believe the owners need a wake up call on how to own a business.  They spend a majority of their time gossiping in the small office they share.  They are also very irresponsible.  They leave during class and strange men are seen coming and going during class. I even saw two ladies get their handbags and bring them inside our room because they were so creeped about the man wondering around up there. Steer clear because once they have your credit card they won't stop charging it. Oh and they also always have wait list on to make it appear more busy than they ever are. Weird how a class goes from full to a few people.
